8445 1950's Vintage blouse with cummerbund pattern by Simplicity. The front and collar are cut in one, the back is gathered to a deep yoke and features kimono sleeves. Long sleeves are gathered to a pointed cuff, three quarter sleeves are gathered to sleeve bands with turned back cuffs and the short sleeves have cuffs.
